right guys this time the tut is for angle lights as we have none here

step one- open your base your going to do the lights on for this im using this e90

step2- is to get your elliptical marque tool

makes sure it looks like that.

step 3- go around the lite bit were you want the angle bit repeat this on all of the parts if you have to adjust the shape of the lasso line simply right click in the ellips and select the transform slection and to add another ellips just hold shift

step 4- is to make the inside elips to give you that loop to do so is the same as step 3 but hold alt down

step 5- now copy and paste that to a new layer (ctrl+c ctrl+v)

step 6- is the selctions of layer propters to do so you will see the layer name and the just click twise on it or just right click layers and go to blending options
follow these and choise any colour you like

now for the inner glow make this colour abit lighter

now your finshed and it should look like this
