new rule?

ok guys how about these new rules

voting bonus.

those who vote, get the base a week early?
those who dont have to wait for the official start date 8th of every month

entry submission

entries have to be pm'd to comp runner...which is me.

anonymous voting.

basicly

pm you entry to me. when voting is put up ... it will be numbers.

msn and wips.

to eliminate the "you got help" aspect from the comp. i think we should also introduce ... no sharing of wips over msn or in the forum or any other forum.

and to re-inforce this any one found sending wips over msn or finished entries, will be punished by:

• disqualified from the comp.
  
• Overall points reset to 0
  
• banned for 1 comp.
  
  and if caught again
  
  
• banned from competition for a longer period of time.
  

overall

the comps are ment to be fun, but at the same time challenging, whats the point in having a comp where every one argues over who does what and when.

I can't see any problem with any rule as long as it is not restricting any people to chop.

yer the anomymous voting is great, cos ur vote can be affected by wot other poeple have, either bout ur own chop or another.

nope because i will have it marked down who's chop is who's and i can check when counting up the votes
